Brixton has just announced the appointment of Mike Lawson as director of U.S. sales. Lawson was recently the manager of U.S. sales for the action sports division of Amer Sports, overseeing sales for Salomon Snowboards, Bonfire and Nikita. Lawson also worked for Sole Tech as national sales manager for Emerica and Altamont.

In his new role, Lawson will be responsible for Brixton’s domestic sales strategy including distribution, planning and sales rep management.

“We are excited to bring on someone with Mike’s ability to lead our U.S. sales team,” said Brixton co-founder and General Manager Jason Young. “Mike is well respected and comes to us with the knowledge and experience needed to help the continued growth of Brixton.”

 

Founded in 2004, Brixton is the collaboration of three friends who wanted to convey their lifestyle through unique products. Based in Oceanside, CA, Brixton manufactures a full line of apparel, headwear and accessories and is distributed in over 30 countries.
